At MBTB Tasting Room, we offer multiple ways to taste. Our Full Flights come with five 2 oz. pours, plus Flight Bites (small plates of cheese and chocolate). Our Mini Flights come with three 2 oz. pours; you can add Flight Bites for a nominal charge. The Tour options roll in dessert pours and extra snacks. You can create your own flights or, if you’re feeling adventurous, “fly blind” and let us pick for you. With this format, we hope you’ll be able to take your time, relax and enjoy the experience as you progress through the tasting. Because we want to ensure you’re tasting the grapes, not the glass, we serve all of our flights in full-size, high-quality Riedel stemware.
